This car is absolutely stunning to look at with swooping rooflines and aggressive stance. It drives like a dream, with additional power that is obvious in its reserves. It takes corners like a train stuck to its rails. It accelerates with poise and supplemented with engine noise that roars in like a lion on the prowl.

The steering and control is very precise. It has the right balance of feel in the steering that makes you understand the quality and texture of the tarmac you are driving on.

The build quality is very solid. It is definitely better put together than any previous BMWs I have ever owned. Its tightly stitched, the plastics fit perfectly and feels perfectly glued together.

The most important thing is that you can drive with a great deal of confidence. It feels very safe, very controlled with strong braking capabilities and a suspension that is built for more dynamic driving. I wish the sport mode is the default mode but I suspect that the normal mode will suffice for most people.

Visibility is also good and the back seats are very comfortable. Adults will want to fall asleep at the back as it was designed in a way that makes you feel that you are in a cocoon.
Given that it is a sports coupe, the suspension is more tuned to energetic drives. In the city, while comfortable, can feel a bit hard. But nowhere as hard as some others I have driven.

Fuel economy? Seems pretty good but if you drive like I do, am not sure you should really keep track.

Just like many of the BMW engines, start-up can sound a bit rough. I almost thought that I was starting a diesel at times but it quickly quietens down and begins to purr when you start your drive.

Given that it is a two door car, big adults can find it a little bit hard to get to the back. My two young kids find it very easy and do not have to use the electric motor to move the seats forward to get to the back.
To Improve
I wish they brought in more interior trimmings for the 428. My interior is black with blue tones but doesn't have blue stitchings on the black leather.
Yes, I would recommend this car
