Bought new, Owned for 5 Years
RON95, Mileage: 3 km/month
    Engine performamnce is wonderful and also the hadling
    DSG gearbox jerking and limp mode after 4 year. "Check engine light" indicator illuminated and ford is taking more than a week still have no news on the part.
To Improve
The SDAC Service Centre always no one to answer. The SDAC Service Advisor's attitude problem. Car normal service duration is taking too long regardless of appointment nor walk-in. Spare part is too expensive and always not avaialble.

The above are the issue to improve for Ford Autoconnexxion PJ Branch...

    Great driving dynamics, best MPV to drive
    good built quality
    Full safety spec
    last row seats good for average sized adults
    Good fuel consumption for its power & size, 8.5L/100km on highway, 11L/100km on daily traffic jam
    super value for money
    slightly jerky dual-clutch transmission at low speed
    No GPS & reverse camera
    Need to wait for spare parts other than the usual consumables
To Improve
SDAC should stock up more spare parts
