-Good fuel consumption when not accelerating hard.
-fantastic gearbox
-reasonably comfortable
-quite good torgue
-after collecting my new car from the 222 showroom, drove off and hit the first bump and heard a knocking sound and it goes on for the second and third bump. drove back to the dealership immediately and inform the sales person and he told me without wasting anytime, "SEND BACK FOR WARRANTY CLAIM". The joy of buying a new car is only 5 minutes. Bummer.
-the under carriage noise or the lower arm bushes as they call it, still knocks, squeaks and pop till today 29th October 2018.
-to make things worse my roof and doors starts to sound like milo tin after 3 months. So when it rains, its like an orchestra music in my car.
-road noise was very intrusive
-adding salt to wound, at the last week of my warranty, the aircon kinda temper-mental, sometimes cold and sometime not that cold like it used to. the car stayed in 222 dealership for a week and came out with good result, they said " WE TESTED THE AIRCON, CLEAN THE COOLING COIL AND COULD NOT FIND ANY PROBLEM WITH IT". Great news. Its the same service guy who tested it before asking me to send in my car. And he said one more statement which shock me the most " THE AIRCON IS NORMALLY NOT COLD DURING HOT WEATHER LIKE THIS". And he said this when the sky was cloudy and has been raining and flooding since mid of September 2018. Another issue why have an aircon when its normally not cold during hot spells, I was dumb founded. My car has no more warranty and the problem still persist.
-sent my car in 20 over times to all bermaz dealership in jalan 222 and also Glenmarie and still have the noise.
-after the aircon job my car has pretty obvious dents on the front bumper and the handbrake level was badly damaged too. the PVC material peeled of on there sections. Submitted a complaint to [email protected] and .......you've guessed it, The damages was there when I send in my car but clearly it wasn't. But I had no prove. Maybe next time I'll take pictures in front of mazda technician. Or how else can I prove it. Again, I'll have to bear the cost of repair with my own money.
-I've chat with most of the car owners and they too said that CX5, mazda3 & 6 all had the same problem since purchased.
To Improve
-Treat customer with respect and not make us keep coming back for noises and complaints and also wait for 8 hours (with appointment) just to change lower arm bushes where outside it'll only take an hour or so.
-customer service bad
-after sales bad
No, I would not recommend this car
