Bought used, Owned for 1 Year
Fuel Economy: 9.0 km/litre (11.1 L/100 km), RON97, Mileage: 2,000 km/month
- Looks great, very masculine and aggressive design, blows the X1 and Q3 away in terms presences on the road.
- Very firm and stable drive thanks to the super wide 18 inch wheels that came with the car.
- Reasonable fuel economy, 11L/100km so far, mostly city driving with less than 2000rpm. When needed, the 1.6L turbo kicks in at anytime to give you a great surge of power. You know that you can unleash the beast whenever your need it.
- Road tax is RM90/year
- HIghly customisable seats, with lumbar adjustment, and memory seats for 3 drivers, available at passenger side too.
- Very posh interior, retro classic air vents design coupled with electronics that blend in nicely
- Rear seats that fold flat completely, making it easy to expand boot storage
- Parking assist (scary but interesting tech)
- Very responsive bluetooth pairing
- Thanks to its firm suspension, not very comfortable, and road bumps and road surfaces can be felt (may be a factor for long distance) - worth the sacrifice, IMHO. If want comfort, get the 4matic air suspension option (or c200/q3/camry. This is a Sports Utility Vehicle, not for peeps who want silky smooth everything.(get a lexus)
- huge blind sports for A pillar and C pillar
- transmission sometimes weird and jerky
- seats are stiff at the back, and 3 adults will be uncomfortable.
- no spare tire (only run-flat option)
To Improve
- Blind spot? (have to redesign the car, lol)
- software update to improve gear change.
Yes, I would recommend this car
