Excellent except for the cons below.
Considering Odyssey is the most expensive Honda car in Malaysia, I regret that Honda Malaysia omitted the following little luxuries that are common in most cars selling above RM200K:
    - Driver memory seat
    - Auto down windows to all passengers instead of just driver
    - Auto wiper
    - Auto Dim Rearview Mirror
    - Navigation
    - DVD
To Improve
Honda Malaysia should quickly bring in accessories options currently only available in Japan
Yes, I would recommend this car

2.4 EXV (2014)
Bought new, Owned for 1 Year
Fuel Economy: 8.5 km/litre (11.8 L/100 km), RON95, Mileage: 1,000 km/month
This is a long one - so in summary, it is a good car, even compared to Alphard, which is 30% more expensive.
Overall, it feels more Acura/Lexus class than Honda.

    1) Have the lowest entry point compared to almost all MPVs with sliding doors, this makes it really easy and just nice to get in and out, especially older folks. Compare to Stratex, too high for old folks to climb up.
    2) The internal height is very good considering it is only 1700mm tall with sunroof. Internal height (1300mm) is around 75mm less than Alphard but around 75mm higher than Estima/Previa. I.e very good internal height for its size and class. Probably class leading for its class.
    3) Width is OK, with just enough space on the center aisle to walk to the rear. Shoulder space is not an issue if carrying 6 pax.
    4) Very good all round camera system with multiple angle view.
    5) Boot space considered good enough, able to put in extra huge baby stroller. But not much space after that.
    6) Side mirror is big, very good rear view from side mirrors. Side warning indicator on the mirror with beeping alarm quite useful and not too intrusive.
    7) Front row chair and middle row chairs are comfortable.
    8) 3rd row chair is comfortable as well, with sufficient leg room & head room for anyone maybe upto 175+/- cm tall. Of course, 3rd room seats not as comfortable as 2nd room seats, but absolutely good enough for long distance.
    9) Can walk inside the MPV from driver seat all the way to the 3rd row seat. Almost no obstruction in between (just have to crawl out a bit from Driver's seat.
    10) Engine power is sufficient for typical day-to-day MPV runs, carrying kids, a few adults. Acceleration quite OK, but to have turn off ECO-mode and rev beyond 2800 RPM for more grunt and F1 overtaking maneuver. Otherwise, normal RPM range between 1300 - 2500 without ECO-mode and for really casual mode, RPM mostly around 1200 - 2200 with ECO-mode. I drive with ECO-mode almost all the time, since mostly is city driving and cannot go fast anyway,
    11) Ride and handling is quite difficult to define. Ride from the driver perspective is actually fine for me. Ride is quite firm (which I prefer), but not that firm. Ride at the 3rd row maybe a bit more bumpy and choppy. Ride is rather subjective, so it depends on what you are expecting and looking for.
    12) Overall, ride feels like an MPV but also feels like a saloon. Not much steering feel, but sufficient and probably more than most other MPV. However, steering is not too light and not too heavy, just nice. Very good turning circle.
    13) Handling is good for an MPV. You can throw it around conners. It does roll and it does understeer, but because the suspension is not that soft, it probably does not roll as much as some other MPV? Most likely as in all other MPVs, it will also wobble a bit if you pull the steering from one direction to the other rapidly.
    14) Braking is OK for such a heavy car (1855kg), but surely it will fade over time.
    15) CVT gear box is actually not that bad. In normal day-to-day driving, you don't really feel or care much about the CVT. Just put in D and drive. Ie, CVT is absolutely fine.
    16) Chassis also feels quite strong and quite well put together. No rattling so far.
    17) Night lights are really good. Really bright and can turn following corners. Interior have more than enough lighting.
    18) At cruising, noise is quite well muted. Not much tire or engine noise (below 2500 RPM).
    19) Really loud HORN
    20) 4 airbags and air-curtain.
    21) Aircon is good.
    1) Earth Dreams Engine - not sure, but seems noisy when engine is cold or idling. Sounds like a diesel. The same 2.4 Earth Dreams Engine in the new Accord is more quiet. Maybe engine needs time to run in.
    2) Beyond 2500 RPM, engine also a bit more noisy.
    3) You could of course always wish there was slightly more space, maybe slightly wider, slightly more boot space, slightly more head room, etc, etc, etc (Then go for Alphard V6, which gives you 75mm more headroom.)
    4) No memory seats.
    5) Not enough cup holders or space for barang barang
    6) No power boot.
    7) Power/Torque will never be enough, so Honda please put a TURBO in or bring in the Absolute model for the same price
    8) 3rd row seats cannot slide
    9) Wider and better tires will be great (at least a 225 and Continental Sport Contact, CSC5 -lah)
    10) Bigger screen in front
    11) DVD player for kids behind
    12) 1 CD DISC player? Come-on, not even a 6-disc exchanger for MYR 248k?
    13) Fuel economy - not great. 8km/l or less for city driving, 11-12km/l for highway between 90-110km.
    14) Useless thing includes automatic parking (tried but too complicated to use), and a few more other things.
    15) No DISCOUNT !!!!!

2.4 EXV (2014)
Bought new, Owned for 1 Year
Fuel Economy: 9.0 km/litre (11.1 L/100 km), RON95, Mileage: 2,000 km/month
-Nice futuristic body with clear LED lights at night
-Luxury interior, nothing feels cheap inside.
-Fuel efficiency is much better than my old accord 2.4
-Easy to park and maneuver due to all around camera and especially with auto parking system
-Not underpowered as it easily goes up to 160km/h and more without much strain.
-Seats are soft and comfortable for long journey
-Braking is good (tested recently with emergency braking)
-Lack of storage compartments in the car compared with for eg Serena Hybrid
-The captain seats cannot fully recline for the kids to sleep.
-No GPS included. Need to buy iphone and Hondalink software to enable GPS.
-No TV monitor and DVD player
    -Small sunroof
    -No memory driver seat
-All car seats have to adjust manually except driver seat
-Only 1k discount given by Honda Malaysia. -Expensive since it is CBU and high tax. Car price before tax is less than 80k.
To Improve
Half wooden trimmed steering wheels would be better for added luxury feeling.
Should include high performance tyres like the new accord
TV monitor and GPS should be optional
