Mitsubishi Attrage Mk1 (2013-Present)

The Attrage is for the family man who cares more for km/l than km/h. Mr. Sensible will enjoy a smooth and comfortable ride, while saving money at the pumps. Will have to explain his purchase often though, because this is a B-segmenter with not much kerbside appeal.

For
  • Hybrid levels of fuel efficiency and 21 km/l claims aren't impossible to achieve.
  • CVT-equipped car is smooth on the move.
  • Small footprint hides a reasonably spacious and well-equipped cabin.
Against
  • Uninspiring design in and out means the Attrage will be under most radars.
  • Main Japanese rivals offer more rear and boot space.

SE (2014)
Bought used, Owned for 2 Years
Fuel Economy: 15.0 km/litre (6.7 L/100 km), RON95, Mileage: 800 km/month
    really good FC
good power delivery despite being 1,193cc car
    comfortable/good CVT for highway cruising
surprisingly good speaker/bass for the price.
surprisingly quiet car when equipped with CC6
    good space interior/boot space
really good turning radius, this car is superb to drive inside mall parking area
can easily get 20l/100km on highway speed limit despite full passenger
weird cvt behavior when move from standstill ( kinda like manual clutch slipping feel)
Lacks stability control and side airbags.
suspension is way too soft, good in town but bad on winding/bumpy road.
To improve
CVT respond/behaviour from standstill
Yes, I would recommend this car
