1.6 GTDI EcoBoost (2014)
Bought new, Owned for 3 Years
Fuel Economy: 8.5 km/litre (11.8 L/100 km), RON95, Mileage: 800 km/month
Performance is better compared to similar Honda CRV and Mazda CX-5.
    Good sound system.
Comfort and large leg room for rear seats.
Fuel consumption could be moderate high.
Intelligent AWD is not that good for city drive.
    No front sensor.
No reverse camera and navigation system.
No power seats for this 1.6 version.
    No sunroof.
    Relatively small display screen.
To Improve
Provide options such as reverse camera and sunroof.
Front sensor for convenient.
Gear ratios could be improved.
Yes, I would recommend this car

1.6 GTDI EcoBoost (2014)
Bought new, Owned for 3 Years
Fuel Economy: 6.6 km/litre (15.2 L/100 km), RON97, Mileage: 1,200 km/month
    -Good low end torque
-Equivalent performance to my previous 2.5 NA SUV but drives better with better low end torque
-Good sound system with SYNC voice command. Very handy.
-Well built solid body and chassis
-3 years free maintenance with parts included. Changed wipers, battery and brake pads at no charges at all
    -Satisfying drive
-Fuel consumption quite high. Urban drive can be as high as a 2.5 NA engine SUV.
-Have to watch out and be aware of the high battery power consumption. Replaced car battery just after a year.
-The LCD screen between rev and speedo meters stays on if you inadvertently left the gear lever in Neutral. The car battery can go flat if the gear lever is left in neutral overnight.
-Brake pads and tyres wear out quite quickly. Brake pads worn in 25k km while tyres worn in 18k km normal use.
-Spare parts at SDAC are limited and usually need to wait quite long.
To Improve
-Some kind of mechanism to caution the driver if the gear lever is left in neutral and engine is turned off like Honda City
-SDAC to please stock up common spares i.e. brake pads. I waited > 1 month and gone thru 3 appointments at SDAC, whereby in one of the appointments (the 2nd one), the spare was said to have been used up on the day my car was scheduled to specifically go in for brake pads replacement. On that day, I drove in, left the car with SCAC, only to be called back to collect my car 45mins later because they claimed to have just run out of spare. Then another future appointment was needed
Yes, I would recommend this car

1.6 GTDI EcoBoost (2014)
Bought new, Owned for 1 Year
Fuel Economy: 11.0 km/litre (9.1 L/100 km), RON95, Mileage: 800 km/month
    - 1.6 EcoBoost Engine, powerful with 180 PS and 240 Nm Torque.
    - Rear seat, inclinable for more comfort.
    - kick-operated tailgate, usually only can be seen on more expensive car.
    - Great entertainment system, 9-speakers, SYNC, voice-command.
    - Fuel consumption, fall to the high side compared to Mazda CX-5 and Honda CRV.
    - No Navigation system
    - No reverse camera
    - No Sunroof/Moonroof
To Improve
- More space on centre console, (e.g. Cup holder or places to put phones.)
- Ford service centre should improve their customer service, always long queue. (Based on my experienced because I own a Ford Fiesta 1.6)
