Now I using 1.8 Latio Sedan almost 7 years..
    1) Build quality......6-7 years still the material in top conditions
    2) NVH.......very good
    3) Pick up.....very good for family car
    4) Almost 165000 km ...wear and tear is minima
    5) Engine easy to maintain, nothing suprise issues so far...and still in good conditions
    6) Comfort for family of 5
    1) Ride and handling, not as good as conto car or Proton if you like to drive aggresively
    2) Market so cold for this car even I'm satisfied using it
To Improve
Nissan should look into their exterior design for this model if they have any plan to re-introduce it even they already have Slphy and Livina
Yes, I would recommend this car

Fuel Economy: 10.0 km/litre (10.0 L/100 km), RON95, Mileage: 1,000 km/month
    - very spacious front and rear with ample legroom for car from this class
    - soft touch materials on centre arm rest, door panels
    - easy car to drive
    - smooth auto cvt gearbox
    - good sound insulation
    - suspension sound which service centre never seem to be able to solve
    - interior semi leather seat color which easily gets dirtied
    - car wobbles on rough road patches and road bumps
To Improve
- car suspension
- darker interior colour
Yes, I would recommend this car
