1.4 TSI (2014)
Bought new, Owned for 1 Year
Fuel Economy: 14.0 km/litre (7.1 L/100 km), RON95, Mileage: 800 km/month
-The low end power in this car is seductive. I've test driven both Mazda3 and the Jetta. The Jetta's power beats Mazda3 hands down. Torque is available even from very low rpm
-Quick and smooth shifting DSG. It shifts so seamlessly you don't even realize you've reached the 7th speed.
-Space is HUGE compared to Mazda3. Adequate legroom even for[...]
-DSG not too smooth during traffic jam. It shifts to second gear too quickly (at speed of 4km/h!). In second gear there are some minor juddering at low engine speed of around 1,200rpm.
-Specifications are quite low compared to Mazda3 (my second choice after Jetta). No leather seats, no keyless go, no electric seats, reverse camera, no projecto[...]

1.5 Hatchback (2015)
Bought new, Owned for 1 Year
Fuel Economy: 16.4 km/litre (6.1 L/100 km), RON95, Mileage: 5,000 km/month
This is a car not for everyone , it's a car design focus more on the driver instead the passengers. If you looking for comfortable family cruiser , stay away from it.

    1) Fuel consumption (Best : 4.5L/100km , Worst 6.8L/100km)
    2) Good and refine engine. Sufficient amount of low end torque to pull the car nicely (not comparing to turbo)
    3) 6 [...]
As mentioned above , this car is focus more on driver so most of the cons will be something related to passenger

    1) Bumpy Ride. (driver will not feel uncomfortable but not for the passenger especially back passengers, full load tires pressure : F 38 PSI , R : 48 PSI )
    2) Mazda Connect is not what u call user friendly.
    - Radio will not auto[...]

1.6 Turbo (2014)
Bought new, Owned for 1 Year
RON95, Mileage: 2,200 km/month
I've been using 408 1.6 Turbo for nearly 1 year, i really like the car's performance since test drive last year. the car handling is stable and comfort.
There were some places i need to brings out:
    1) The original leather seat's surface too hard, it cause me back pain when drive for 2 - 3 hours.
    2) The original carpet set were sucks, especially rear seat mat, totally out of shape, cost me to buy a new
custom car mat set, too shame.
    3) The air-cond fan sound was too loud, noise..
    4) No [...]

1.5 E (2014)
Bought new, Owned for 1 Year
Fuel Economy: 17.5 km/litre (5.7 L/100 km), RON95, Mileage: 3,000 km/month
    - Very economical, highly recommended for long journey.
    - Good handling.
    - Very good speakers albeit just 4 given.
    - Steering feels light, easy to control.
    - Rear vents somehow helps rear passengers to cool down although the blower is slow.
    - Big boot space (!)
    - AUX, USB, 3 (yes,3!) car charger socket.
    - Wind noise when driving at high speeds, tone up your radio will reduce the noise.
    - Dashboard rattles at bad surface roads.
    - Seats are not for long journey, change to leather seats might fix it.
    - Gap at bumpers, fenders and rear boot.
    - A-Pillars are quite big, check your left or right twice before turning because you might trapped in 'A[...]

Bought new, Owned for 1 Year
Fuel Economy: 14.5 km/litre (6.9 L/100 km), RON95, Mileage: 2,500 km/month
-Good fuel consumption despite jam in KL
-Great equipment for J spec M

    -Suspension soft and comfortable
-NVH very bad. especially the roof. the sound like milo tin being hit by a stick when raining.
    -Still using ancient engine
-Cheap plastics everywhere especially the manual gear knob glove. Even proton saga gave leather material.
-A lot of body roll. I wont feel safe if im driving a auto transmission.

Premium CFE CVT (2015)
Bought used, Owned for 1 Year
Fuel Economy: 10.5 km/litre (9.5 L/100 km), RON95, Mileage: 1,000 km/month
In isolation the Preve is indeed impressive for me, in comparison to the Asian competition. In fact, it can give Hyundai a run for the money imo. I would say it would be a bit unfair to compare the Preve to the Japanese rivals (like the Civic and Altis), on the basis the Honda and Toyota have had a couple of decades of experience with the develo[...]
One main take away with the hydraulic steering and good feel is the heavy steering in low speeds, in fact, in comparison to bigger cars with hydraulic steering, the Preve feels heavier than usual. This makes parking a bit of a chore, in comparison to the EPS equipped rivals. Things like the FD Civic feel much nimbler at low speeds.

    Fit and fi[...]

THP (2015)
Bought new, Owned for 1 Year
Fuel Economy: 11.0 km/litre (9.1 L/100 km), RON95, Mileage: 1,000 km/month
I have had a car in the past that was equipped with the same drivetrain as the old 308 Turbo (MINI Cooper S Countryman, which had the same THP 1.6 with the same Aisin 6 speed auto as the old 308 Turbo), so I would say I could compare the performance of the powertrain of the old 308 Turbo indirectly to this new one.

First off, looks. Boy have [...]
Transmission, oh what a waste Peugeot. I really think they solved the slow shifts famous on the older ones, with the new EAT6 with QuickShift, but at the same time, they forgot to also solve the shift shocks. It has been a while since I had a car with apparent shift shocks, modern autos should not have this issue... Though I highly suspect this [...]

Well, mainly as a driver, the only great thing about this car is that it is cheap as the price of the car is under RM90k for the V spec model and the comfort in the car is really good for a Honda as compared to the previous Honda city.

The things that I really like are the HDMI function in the car, the Honda link lcd monitor, keyless go and [...]
Well, the list just keeps on going. This 1.5 litre car is "supposed" to be fuel efficient. That's what many of you would think, but From the time I had the car till now, my average fuel consumption is 14 litres/100 km which is atrocious as compared to my Mercedes A class which is a 2.0 litre turbocharged engine which can give me around 6.8 litre[...]

Bought new, Owned for 1 Year
Fuel Economy: 10.0 km/litre (10.0 L/100 km), RON95, Mileage: 1,200 km/month
I came from Accord 2.4 (2004), and this CLA is definitely so much better than it.

    1. What I like about this car is its looks and safety assists equipment. The 4-door coupe makes it mesmerizing from almost every angle (too bad, CLA 200 doesn't equipped with AMG line, otherwise it would so so much better). Safety assists such as Auto Parking a[...]
    1. Space for rear passengers are compromised for the sloppy roof top

    2. You need to depress the gas pedal more in order to get the power you want unlike the other cars. (But I find this somehow good in improving your fuel economy)

    3. The driver`s view is also a little bit compromised as a result of adhering the coupe-concept.

    4. The su[...]

Fuel Economy: 14.0 km/litre (7.1 L/100 km), RON95, Mileage: 800 km/month
    - Impressive handling & stability.
    - Fuel consumption not too bad, achieved 7.1l/100km with a mix town/highway driving
    - Rear view camera is just fantastic & helpful
    - the speaker sound is really good for that price I'm paying
    - the wind noise can be heard when you pedal hard. Can be really annoying and the stock tyres are not helping at all
    - the lag when you step the accelerator during a stop/go traffic light/junction. new owner really need to get use to this character. It can be dangerous for eg. at a busy junction
    - no disk brake for rear tyres???
