    -The low end power in this car is seductive. I've test driven both Mazda3 and the Jetta. The Jetta's power beats Mazda3 hands down. Torque is available even from very low rpm
    -Quick and smooth shifting DSG. It shifts so seamlessly you don't even realize you've reached the 7th speed.
    -Space is HUGE compared to Mazda3. Adequate legroom even for[...]
    -DSG not too smooth during traffic jam. It shifts to second gear too quickly (at speed of 4km/h!). In second gear there are some minor juddering at low engine speed of around 1,200rpm.

    1) This high spec CKD price come with up-to-date features; (AFS, HBC, RVM, LDW, Auto light, auto leveling headlight, auto viper, SCBS, HUD). some of this feature available at luxury car such as volvo.
    the most feature i like, RVM, keep me alert on the incoming vehicle from behind, HBC (automatic switch on/off high beam) and Smart City Break Sup[...]
    1) some of the owner complain about "kluk kluk" suspension noise on the wet road when hit the bump. my car doesn't have this problem yet..myb soon. i heard mazda japan still working on it ( global issue on the lower arm bush)

    This is a car not for everyone , it's a car design focus more on the driver instead the passengers. If you looking for comfortable family cruiser , stay away from it.

    - Very economical, highly recommended for long journey.
    - Good handling.
    - Very good speakers albeit just 4 given.
    - Steering feels light, easy to control.
    - Rear vents somehow helps rear passengers to cool down although the blower is slow.
    - Big boot space (!)
    - AUX, USB, 3 (yes,3!) car charger socket.
    - Wind noise when driving at high speeds, tone up your radio will reduce the noise.
    - Dashboard rattles at bad surface roads.

    -Good fuel consumption despite jam in KL
    -Great equipment for J spec M

    -Suspension soft and comfortable
    -NVH very bad. especially the roof. the sound like milo tin being hit by a stick when raining.
    -Still using ancient engine
    -Cheap plastics everywhere especially the manual gear knob glove. Even proton saga gave leather material.

    In isolation the Preve is indeed impressive for me, in comparison to the Asian competition. In fact, it can give Hyundai a run for the money imo. I would say it would be a bit unfair to compare the Preve to the Japanese rivals (like the Civic and Altis), on the basis the Honda and Toyota have had a couple of decades of experience with the develo[...]
    One main take away with the hydraulic steering and good feel is the heavy steering in low speeds, in fact, in comparison to bigger cars with hydraulic steering, the Preve feels heavier than usual. This makes parking a bit of a chore, in comparison to the EPS equipped rivals. Things like the FD Civic feel much nimbler at low speeds.

    - Fuel consumption not too bad, achieved 7.1l/100km with a mix town/highway driving
    - Rear view camera is just fantastic & helpful
    - the speaker sound is really good for that price I'm paying
    - the wind noise can be heard when you pedal hard. Can be really annoying and the stock tyres are not helping at all
    - the lag when you step the accelerator during a stop/go traffic light/junction. new owner really need to get use to this character. It can be dangerous for eg. at a busy junction

    - Abundance of seat space. 3 adults seats comfortably at the back, can fit 3 child seat at the back.
    - Great Acceleration in Highway, can match most BMW's
    - Good long distance fuel economy, better than most cars if driven very fast.
    - Gets up to 600km per tank using RON97 if driven according to National speed limit.
    - Horribly Unrefined Engine and Transmission when using RON95
    - City Driving Fuel Economy
    - Premature Tire wear if using standard pressure recommended, owners has to find the sweet spot, (Hint-just follow VW Jetta's)
